I know next to nothing about the B-58 Hustler, apart from it was fast and pretty cool looking. The model......the model. Many warped parts. The fit of the fuselage was horrible, so I did my best on the top and hope the customer does not look at the bottom too much. The main canopy was horribly bent. Had to heat the plastic in hot water to bend it into shape. Then crazy glue and clamps to get it to take the right shape on the model.

Using super glue fogged the clear parts so I had to paint them in places, but as the cockpit was horribly lacking it was not a big loss. Kit was also missing a couple minor landing gear parts , but the main gear is surprisingly strong and straight. The kit decals were not usable.

Fortunately the customer provided a nice new sheet of Caracal decals which went on perfectly.

Not the greatest model ever. If you try it, make sure you use plenty of nose weight. Had to paint it and strip it once. Then redid the paint with 6 different metal colours The second paint job looked better.
