What can I say about this...!. When I saw it on the shelves, I said to myself: - "Here you are again..!". I didn´t now how this kit was until I bought it. When I opened the box I realized that the model, had very good shape and precise scale dimensions and I can´t talk about the detail it has. Recessed panel lines, structurally detailed cockpit and instrument panel; well, it was fantastic. Finally a kit was available at my local hobby shop that could have this detail in this this scale.

This kit doesn't require any extra detail or improvements, it doesn't need any scratch built details. It has everything to get a very good result, direct from the box at the end of the day. Now I´m finishing my second P-47M in a different version, same that I will show on ARC soon.

The decal sheet is also fantastic. The design of every transfer is very good and clear so I felt very proud to place them on my model especially with the lettering, clear, readable and well proportioned.

I really recommend you Folks consider buying this kit and if you´ve tried it before already, just try again with another different version. I really enjoyed making this model. So I feel very proud in present to you this: P-47D - 30 RA Thunderbolt piloted by Capt. Milt Thompson from the 509th. FS, 405th FG, 9th Air Force, based in France in 1945.

Hope you enjoy the Photos and if you want to share some info about this kit or another, comments or simply write, feel free to do it to: modelnetjr1002@yahoo.com.mx

Good Modeling.
